Bloody Gulch – New Episode Survey

   Posted by: admin

Hey everyone. Well, kit’s that time again to start thinking about doing another season of
Bloody Gulch. For many of you, this has been a long time coming. However, like every business endeavor, we have to go into this with the understanding that we are able to keep the business running.
So, with that in mind, we have implemented a survey you can access from the “Videos & Photos” page (top right page peel). This will help us determine if it would be worthwhile to produce more episodes. Unlike big business, this expense comes out of our pockets, so, we hope you all understand the need to feel out the market in this hard economy.
Thanks!

Weird West…

   Posted by: admin

I’m just trying to get a feel for how many out there are fans of the Weird West. No, it’s not a comic book or a fan magazine, it’s really anything that combines a western with any other genre. For instance; Jonah Hex. This comic & movie combine a western and the supernatural.
Are you a fan?

Steampunk Cometh

Although not in Tombstone, Tucson is going to be host to a very large Steampunk convention next year. It will be held at Old Tucson Studios and, hopefully, will be very successful.

For those of you who aren’t familiar with Steampunk; why aren’t you? Just kidding….

Rendezvous Recap

   Posted by: admin

Well, another Labor Day and another Rendezvous of the Gunfighters has come and gone. Although not a well attended event this year (I blame it on the poor weather), I was able to visit with friends I haven’t seen in quite a long time. Now it’s time to prepare for the big event in October; Helldorado!
Hope to see you all there!

Wyatt Earp Days 2009

   Posted by: admin

Well, it was another rousing weekend this last Memorial Day for Tombstone’s Wyatt Earp Days!  I saw friends there I hadn’t seen in years; those that only come to the event weekends.  Even with all the political hoopla that’s been going on there, I still managed to have a great time.  I even got to sit in on a couple of shows with the Tombstone Territorial Actors; chief of which I was allowed to go up on the balcony above the now “Longhorn Restaurant” but what used to be the “Bucket of Blood Saloon”.  I believe I was up there, along with a Winchester rifle, for about 45 minutes all together.  I even managed to get off 3 rounds before I was “shot”!  Wyatt Earp Days seems to run in a cycle; one year good attendance, the next year, not so good.  This was a good year.  Obviously, there was a noticeable drop compared to yeatrs gone by due to the economy, but not like it was last year.  Tombstone, despite its small-town bickering and politics, still has a lot to offer for those of us seeking a little fun and release from the everyday.  Keep checking back folks, more to come!
